Using AI is one thing. Proving it’s managed is another.

ISO/IEC 42001 Certification & Audit Services.

We’re certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditors. This engagement helps you assess, align, and certify your AI governance practices under the global standard for responsible AI. Whether you're embedding LLMs, deploying AI products, or automating internal workflows—we get you audit-ready and support you through the full certification process.

Why You Need Certification—Even if You’re Not Building AI

You don’t need to build your own models to be accountable. If you’re using AI to support customers, automate workflows, or deliver services, you’re already responsible for outcomes—even if the tech comes from someone else.

ISO/IEC 42001 lets you prove it. It’s a certifiable standard that shows regulators, partners, and clients that your organisation applies structured, ethical, and well-managed AI governance practices.

✅ Clients demand credibility
Certification proves you take AI risks seriously and builds trust in procurement.

✅ Boards need confidence
You get ISO Certification to show exactly how AI risk is explained and managed.

✅ Regulations are changing
This prepares you for the AI Act, privacy obligations, and future compliance.

✅ ISO certification is about commercial
Certification ensures explainability, humans in the loop and stakeholder assurance.

By the end of the AI ISO audit, you will have:

A full Assessment aligned to ISO/IEC 42001 requirements structure

A Gap Analysis across all Annex A control categories (risk, ethics, transparency, oversight)

A tailored Roadmap to reach audit readiness, scoped to your use of AI

A Board Summary for risk committees, exec teams, or investor briefings

Certification Guidance and audit prep aligned to the expectations of external certification bodies

Who This Certification Service Is For?

You’re already using AI—internally or externally. What you don’t yet have is proof that it’s governed.

- CTOs, COOs, and Risk Leaders: Reducing exposure from unmanaged AI use

- Customer-Facing Teams: Needing assurance artefacts to support deals and trust

- Product and Platform Teams: Embedding third-party AI and accountable for outcomes

- Companies under procurement pressure: Facing due diligence on responsible AI practices

- Boards of Directors: needing guidance, governance and oversight of AI use in the company

If AI is involved in your business, certification is your a required next step.

How the ISO 42001 Certification Works

Phase 1: Scope & AIMS Definition
We define whether your organisation is an AI provider, developer, or user. We map your AI systems, tools, and processes to establish the boundaries of your AI Management System (AIMS).

Phase 2: Readiness Assessment & Risk Review
We conduct a clause-level assessment aligned to ISO/IEC 42001:2023 and Annex A. This includes gap analysis, AI-specific risk identification, and early-stage documentation reviews.

Phase 3: Implementation Roadmap & Internal Audit Prep
You receive a detailed roadmap, covering necessary control implementations, process documentation, policy updates, and team roles. We support internal audit preparation as a dry run before formal certification.

Phase 4: Certification Body Coordination
We assist with auditor coordination, artefact preparation, documentation alignment, and management briefings. While we don’t issue the certification, we support you through the process with an accredited body.

Phase 5:Post-Certification Improvement & Surveillance Readiness
We support any corrective actions and help embed continuous improvement to ensure compliance and future re-certification.
